CloseStructuring: Within the commercial framework of a transaction, a wide range of financing and structuring options are possible. Our familiarity with cross border deal structures helps focus on the most effective options to maximise value creation for our clients. Our activities involve:
Negotiation: We understand that effective time and resource management is critical to the successful completion of a transaction. We manage the negotiation process towards closure by setting and monitoring the timetable, taking each step forward towards completion and liaising closely with the other parties involved in the transaction.
